ING Bank built their global shared services center in Bratislava - ING Global Services and Operations (GSO) - for their international banking network. There are only 2 such centers - the other one is in Manila, Philippines. To provide services to their clients up to their full potential, GSO has an ambitious plan of growth and will be looking for new employees during the whole year.
Our agency team has created the strategy for their recruitment communication. Our creative department came up with the slogan “Select destination. Enjoy the journey. Boarding now.”, which is visually connected with traveling by plane. The communication implies that ING GSO is a suitable destination for your career path.
The communication is targeted and includes PR advertorials, a microsite incorporated in the official ING Bank website, video testimonials, banners at job portals, pay-per-click advertisements and other supporting activities at selected universities and recruitment events.
